Heartland Equity Partners acquires Visual Impact, a grand format digital printing company
BLAINE, Minn., Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Heartland Equity Partners announced Tuesday that it has acquired Visual Impact of Blaine, Minnesota. Heartland invested to support the continued growth of the company in partnership with Visual Impact President and CEO, David Bohn. Visual Impact is a provider of large format and grand format digital graphics for advertising, promotional and point of purchase applications.
"Visual Impact has experienced significant growth over the past three years," said Bohn. "We are excited to partner with Heartland to execute our plans for continued expansion."
Immediately following the transaction, Visual Impact ordered a new, state of the art, five-meter wide, grand format printer which will go into production during the first quarter of 2016.
