The event, to be held at Sidney Harman Hall, 610 F St. NW, is set to begin at 9 a.m. and will bring together the most important thought leaders from federal agencies, the White House, Congress, the media, and tech company giants.
Confirmed speakers for the event include: Arianna Huffington, Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Huffington Post; Alec Ross, Senior Advisor for Innovation to Secretary Clinton; Chris Kemp, CTO of NASA; Craig Newmark, Founder of Craigslist.org; Congressman Jim Moran of the 8th District of Virginia; Sonny Bhagowalia, Deputy Associate Administrator, Office of Citizen Services & Innovative Technologies, GSA; Gigi Schumm, VP of Symantec Public Sector; Gwynne Kostin, Co-Director of the Center for New Media & Citizen Engagement; and Robert Bole, VP, Digital Media Strategy Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

"FedTalks 2010 will bring the best and brightest from the community back together to discuss real examples of how technology can change government."
FedScoop will also be hosting a reception at FedTalks 2010 that will begin at 5:30 pm to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. Since launching in October of 2008, FedScoop, a woman-owned, Virginia-based company, has continued to grow substantially year over year and has plenty of reason to celebrate. The reception will include live music by Donald Syriani "DJ to the White House" and the "Arlington Rap" comedian GoRemy will be performing.
