Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation Announces Broadcast of December 14th Special Shareholders Meeting

Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation (dba "GRLT" or the "Company") (OTC: GRLT) today proudly announced that it will broadcast, via Conference Call, its Special Shareholders Meeting scheduled to be held at 1:00 PM-ET on December 14, 2015.  

GRLT will host a live Conference Call of this Special Shareholders Meeting for those interested shareholders, analysts, and portfolio managers that may not be able to attend the Meeting in person at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, Florida.
