HealthLink Europe Announces Expanded Global Account Management and New Customer Care Management

RALEIGH, N.C. and 'S-HERTOGENBOSCH, the Netherlands, Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthLink Europe, an ISO 13485:2012 certified company that specializes in front and back office support, including customer service, VAT deferment, logistics, and fulfillment services for medical device companies, has announced the addition of Marie Jose van Densen as Manager of the Customer Care Division in parallel with the appointment of HealthLink veteran Joachim de Jong as Director of Global Account Management.

The new position for Mr. de Jong coincides with HealthLink's expansion of the existing Account Management program. Under Mr. de Jong's leadership, Account Managers will focus on client relationship management and will ultimately be responsible for client satisfaction at HealthLink.
