Trilogi is a leading revenue recovery service line combining people, process, and technology to resolve slow pay, no pay, and denied insurance claims for healthcare systems, hospitals, and clinics.

Most recently, Kyle served as Senior Director of Operations for TransUnion Healthcare, responsible for sales support, implementation, contract management, and client support for the patient estimation business unit. Previously, he was the Director of Insurance Retention at DaVita, where he managed a national team of more than 250 teammates accountable for patient financial counseling and the retention of DaVita's 140,000+ patients. At DaVita, Kyle also was the primary liaison to the Payer Contracting, Corporate Finance, Marketing, and Public Policy teams. Prior to DaVita, Kyle was a member of Great-West Healthcare's (acquired by Cigna) Management Development Program, where he developed and executed numerous projects including the healthcare claims Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) marketing plan and the redesign of the installation of all new business and renewals.
