Health2 Resources joins Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative as an Executive Member
Health2 Resources furthers its commitment to champion patient-centered care
VIENNA, Va., March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Health2 Resources announced today it has joined the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) as an Executive Member. Executive Members guide the PCPCC's efforts to advance an effective health system built on a strong foundation of primary care and the patient-centered medical home (PCMH).
