TAMPA, Fla., July 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Health Integrated™ Board of Directors named Health Integrated Chief Revenue Officer Zachary Fritz as chief executive officer effective June 10, 2016. Shan Padda, longtime major shareholder and Health Integrated's CEO since 2005, remains board chairman.

In his new role, Fritz will provide the overall strategic leadership and visionary direction for the organization and its growing client base.

For Padda, a serial entrepreneur who had been on the lookout for a CEO successor, Fritz was the ideal candidate.

As Health Integrated's chief revenue officer, Fritz headed up expert and consultative sales efforts, as well as client and professional services, implementation and marketing teams. Previously, he held leadership roles at health care data, technology and software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies, both start-ups and mature corporations. His experience of driving profitable growth and creating new markets cuts across multiple health care verticals, including health plans, large employers, employee benefit consultancies, physician groups, care management companies, accountable care organizations, reseller channels, and hospitals and health systems.
