Health Alliance Medical Plans Licenses Two hCentive Solutions -- WebInsure Private Exchange & WebInsure Exchange Manager

RESTON, Va., Feb. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- hCentive, the leader in ACA healthcare exchange technology, announced today a licensing agreement with Health Alliance Medical Plans (Health Alliance), a leading provider-sponsored insurer in the Midwest, for the company's WebInsure Private Exchange and WebInsure Exchange Manager.

WebInsure Private Exchange is an ACA/HIPAA compliant solution that will enable Health Alliance to present an online exchange/marketplace featuring all of their health products and services via a single website to their members. The solution will allow Health Alliance members to connect, communicate and engage in acquiring health insurance benefits.

WebInsure Exchange Manager will provide connectivity to both the Illinois and Iowa state exchanges. hCentive's solution features plan management and distribution, EDI and enrollment processing, membership and financial reconciliation, appeals and grievance tracking capabilities.
