PARIS, Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The 18th edition of MAPIC opens for business November 14.
Multi-channelling, interaction between culture and shopping, retailing in transit hubs, and Russia as Country of Honour, are the key themes at this 18th MAPIC.
Organised by Reed MIDEM, a Reed Exhibitions subsidiary, MAPIC will be held in Cannes from 14-16 November.
Multi-channelling
MAPIC will focus on the topical issue of how e-commerce is impacting mainstream retailing practices. What are the new strategies being implemented by retail professionals and retail real estate players?

This year, Russia will be in the MAPIC Country of Honour. Thirty stands for Russian developers and a series of special events and conferences throughout the event will enable everyone to deepen their knowledge of this rapidly expanding market. The celebrations begin with the MAPIC opening reception with a distinctly Russian flavour.
