Head of ManpowerGroup/Right Management Strategic Workforce Consulting Practice Joins Knightsbridge to Support US Expansion

TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions announced today that Scott Ahlstrand has joined the firm as a Senior Partner. Based in Chicago, Ahlstrand will be responsible for business development and helping clients diagnose and solve the underlying people and workforce issues limiting performance. Knightsbridge offers integrated solutions in Executive Search & Recruitment, Leadership & Talent Development, Career Management and Workforce Management.

Previously, Ahlstrand served as global head of ManpowerGroup Solutions Strategic Workforce Consulting Practice and was SVP Talent Management for Right Management. Prior to Right Management, Ahlstrand spent nearly two decades as the highest-ranking consultant at Gallup, where he was responsible for selling and executing complex consulting solutions around employee and customer engagement.

Ahlstrand is the latest industry leader to join Knightsbridge, following former Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting COO Stuart Kaplan, who was announced President of Knightsbridge USA in April 2014. Top talent recruiter Virginia "Ginny" Clarke, who had co-founded  Spencer Stuart's global Diversity Practice, joined Knightsbridge in 2013.
