DALLAS, Dec. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Chael Sonnen has kept quiet about his positive drug test, taken following the classic battle with UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva last August. Now, after appearing before the California State Athletic Commission yesterday, Sonnen is finally ready to go on the record in an exclusive interview with Mike Straka airing tonight on "Inside MMA" at 8:00 p.m. ET.

While Sonnen told Straka that he deserved to be punished because he violated the commission's testing protocol, he remained defiant about his actions. "Even after today I don't know what I could have done differently," Sonnen says. "Saying testosterone is a steroid is like saying mouthwash is alcohol."
Also on the show, Kenny and Bas are joined by Jonathan Brookins and Michael Johnson, the two finalists from "The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs Team Koscheck." The duo talks exclusively with "Inside MMA" about their upcoming fight on Saturday night and their experiences living in the TUF house.
Rounding out the panel is former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. Jackson talks about his controversial victory over Lyoto Machida at UFC 123 - and you may be shocked to find out who he wants to fight next!
Ron Kruck tours Bas Rutten's Elite MMA gym, and the gang previews all the weekend's MMA action in one of the most exciting "Inside MMA" episodes, yet!
