Harvey Weinstein Banned From Brothel
World famous Bunny Ranch brothel deems disgraced movie mogul persona non grata
CARSON CITY, Nev., Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- At the behest of his legal prostitutes voicing their collective concerns, the owner of seven Nevada legal brothels has instituted a lifetime ban for embattled Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. "On only a few rare occasions have we ever taken the extraordinary step of banning a potential client from our establishment," said Hof, who himself starred in the long running hit reality series "Cathouse" on HBO. "…and of those few times, I have to say that this one seemed to generate the most concern from my girls who feared that if we didn't, this alleged predator might target their workplace as his next playground."
Deluged with claims of sexually harassment and assault that span decades, Weinstein's list of accusers reads like a who's who of A list actresses. Hof surmises that is he feels that emboldened with some of Tinsel Town's biggest celebrities, Weinstein might have an even greater misguided sense of entitlement when it comes to prostitutes.
"My girls are licensed by law enforcement to ply their craft, and they have to meet a list of legal standards in order to qualify for the privilege. I will not have my girls disrespected by someone who may look to exploit them based on outdated stigmas that come along with their vocation."
Hof says that it's not unusual to see celebrities mingling among the clientele at any of his legal brothels, and usually they are welcomed with V.I.P. treatment. "All of my celebrity friends are respectful with the ladies, and they always very generous with them. I know that they too would be uncomfortable having someone like this in their presence, so I'm doing this for them as well as for my girls."
While Hof can neither confirm nor deny that Weinstein has been a client of his brothels in the past, Hof says that if he were to attempt to gain entry now, he would be turned away immediately. Any persistence on his part would result in immediate removal by security.
"When it comes to my girls' safety, I don't mess around," says Hof. "Harvey Weinstein, you join the dubious ranks of Bill Cosby, Michael Vick, and that homophobic hillbilly from Duck Dynasty on our 'not welcome' list."
