Harvard Illinois Bancorp, Inc. Announces Results Of Annual Meeting

HARVARD, Ill., Nov. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvard Illinois Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced today the results of the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on November 2, 2016.  The Company's stockholders approved the Plan of Dissolution of the Company and approved the dissolution of the Company. Stockholders also elected the Board of Directors' nominee, Steven D. Garrels, as director for a three-year term.  Stockholders ratified the appointment of BKD, LLP to serve as the Company's independent registered public accountants for the year ending December 31, 2016. Finally, stockholders approved the potential adjournment of the meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional proxies.
