HOUSTON, Nov. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Almost 1,100 oil and gas industry professionals gathered in the Permian Basin, the undisputed capital of the light oil revolution, for the 21st annual Executive Oil Conference. The successful event took place November 9-10 at the Midland County Horseshoe Pavilion in Midland, Texas. Hart Energy hosted the same number of paid attendees as 2014 (a higher point the business cycle).
Themed "Permian Powers On," the Executive Oil Conference's featured 17 industry leaders with uniquely informed perspectives on how to succeed in the nation's premier oil province. Pioneer Natural Resources anticipates it can grow production by more than 15 percent over the next three years. Executive Vice President Joey Hall announced this can be achieved with fewer rigs. Attendees learned more business strategies and efficiency-focused technologies from the additional notable presenters.
