Hart Energy Announces DUG Midcontinent Conference
HOUSTON, Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hart Energy is launching DUG Midcontinent conference and exhibition April 22-23, 2013, at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center in Tulsa, Okla. The event will address the Mississippi Lime and emerging Midcontinent plays (Cana-Woodford, Marmaton, and others) where unconventional drilling and completion technologies are being applied with early success.
"The Mississippi Lime is the next generation of resource play," said Peggy Williams, editorial director of Hart Energy. "DUG Midcontinent brings together a wealth of knowledge from decision makers who will share geological understandings, best and worst practices for drilling and completions, as well as play economics and the transaction market."
The newest in the company's successful DUG™ conference series, DUG Midcontinent joins the largest unconventional resource events in the world. In 2012 alone, Hart Energy conferences will welcome 15,000-plus attendees.
"DUG events are very much an on-target, on-point forum for the kind of business I've been building," said Peter M. Duncan, president and CEO of MicroSeismic, Inc. "It brings together the customers, suppliers, and vendors that I'm interested in talking to."
