Hart Energy Announces 2015 Meritorious Award Winners for Engineering Innovation

HOUSTON, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The 45^th annual Meritorious Award honors engineering excellence and achievement in the upstream petroleum industry. The program recognizes new products and technologies that demonstrate innovation in concept, design and application. E&P magazine editors will present medallions and plaques to the 2015 winners of Hart Energy's Meritorious Award for Engineering Innovation on Monday, May 4 - opening day of the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston's Reliant Park - and on Tuesday, May 19 at Hart Energy's DUG Permian Basin conference and exhibition in Fort Worth, Texas. The magazine's May 2015 issue will showcase the winners' technologies.

The expert panel of judges included engineers and scientists from operating and consulting companies worldwide – no service companies. They applied their expertise in areas in which they focus. Judges were excluded from categories in which they or their companies have a business interest.
