Harris Names Paul Mascitti Regional President in Hinsdale
CHICAGO, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Harris today announced Paul Mascitti as its new regional president in the Hinsdale region. Mascitti's responsibilities include managing, developing, and executing retail banking strategies and services at 14 branches in and around Hinsdale.
Mascitti assumes the role with more than 25 years of financial services experience. Most recently, he served as National Sales Director for Harris Private Bank, where he was responsible for sales effectiveness and sales delivery. He also co-led a recent initiative to increase collaboration between Harris' Commercial and Private banking lines of business. After joining Harris in 2005, Mascitti spent four years as a Managing Director for Harris Private Bank, leading high-performing teams in Chicago and the Naperville-St. Charles area.
Mascitti joined Harris from Charles Schwab & Co., where he served as Regional President, responsible for 11 sales teams across the Midwest. Mascitti started his career at Citibank in 1990 as a Branch Manager and was soon promoted to Vice President, where he led sales development across four branches in the Northwest suburbs, directing all aspects of sales coaching, recruiting and employee development.

Paul earned an undergraduate degree in science and marketing from Southern Illinois University and holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Financial Planner.
