happyfuel.me Honored For Best Social Media Mobile App In The 18th Annual Webby Awards
NEW YORK, April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Happy Fuel LLC announced today that happyfuel.me has been honored for best social media mobile app in the 18th Annual Webby Awards. Hailed as the "Internet's highest honor" by The New York Times, The Webby Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. The IADAS, which nominates and selects The Webby Award winners, is comprised of web industry experts, including media mogul Arianna Huffington, Skype CEO Tony Bates, Mozilla CEO and chair Mitchell Baker, Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom, mobile-phone inventor Martin Cooper, and creator of the Jif Steve Wilhite.
Happy Fuel is a happiness-based social network, which began as an iPhone app (available at the Apple App Store) that gives users a mobile place to store, gauge, and share the things that fuel their happy, whether it's a song, photo, video, place, sound, or thought.
Since then, Happy Fuel has added a web-based app, happyfuel.me, which features a "Happy Wall" — a personal place for users to share the things that make them happy, and view highlights from Happy Fuel friends.
