Happy Kosher Thanksgiving From Fairway Market

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Just in time for Thanksgiving, Fairway Market is offering its first Glatt kosher catering menu available in three locations: Stamford CT, Westbury NY, and Paramus NJ. All foods are kosher made fresh in Fairway's kosher kitchens under the supervision of the Kof-K and Rabbi Avraham Marmostein (*Certified kosher when sealed with kosher tape).

The menu is comprehensive, and includes oven ready Empire kosher turkey, slow roasted beef brisket, butternut squash bisque, apple cranberry challah stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, wild rice, apple, pumpkin and pecan pie, seasonal fruit platter and chocolate cake. In addition there is an antipasti platter, hummus, eggplant and tomato salad and a selection of crudites.
