This is Happy Encourages Families to Share What Happiness Means to Them
NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Happy Family, one of the fastest growing premium organic food brands founded and operated by moms, today launched a national, multi-faceted campaign titled This is Happy™. The campaign shines a light on the many meanings of happiness, aims to dismiss the "right" way to parent and encourages parents to share their #ThisisHappy moments.
This is Happy is a call to action through video and social media components as well as leading influencers in the digital and social media space. The video paints a portrait of families living life moments through a realistic, transparent lens, while parents everywhere are encouraged to share their family's happy moments, both big and small. More information on the campaign can be found at ThisIsHappy.
"We founded Happy Family a decade ago to provide nutritious foods that encourage a lifestyle of health and happiness that go hand in hand," said CEO and Founder, Shazi Visram. "Our goal remains the same today, and we want parents to embrace their individual ideas of happiness, and let go of the guilt that's often associated with trying to achieve happiness through one 'ideal' parenting model."
In a recent survey of 1,000 moms, almost three-quarters (72%) say that parenting is the hardest, yet most rewarding thing they've ever experienced.1 This is Happy highlights the ups and downs of parenting, with the end result being a feeling of happiness that varies from parent to parent and family to family. Parents are encouraged to share their families' happy moments on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, using #ThisIsHappy and tagging @HappyFamily in their posts.
Over one-third (41%) of moms agree that one of the biggest parenting concerns revolves around what they feed their children1. In an increasingly busy world, grab-and-go foods tend to trump homemade meals, with over half of moms (56%) saying that the time needed to prepare foods affects their families' ability to eat healthy.1
Beginning with Baby's First 1,000 Days, Happy Family provides a comprehensive assortment of healthy, organic meals and snacks for babies, toddlers, kids and their mothers to enjoy around the table or on-the-go.
"Proper nutrition sets the foundation for living a healthy and happy lifestyle, and we're proud to provide the means for a healthy wellness blueprint that helps lead to a brighter and happier future," added Visram.
