Hank de Smit Wins Best Client Retention Award at ActionCOACH's 2011 Asia Pacific Conference
Western Australia coach honored for work in retaining clients through ActionCOACH systems
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ActionCOACH, the world's leading business and executive coaching firm, named Hank de Smit winner of the Best Client Retention Award at this year's Asia Pacific Conference, which took place at the Luxurious Five-Star Sofitel, Broadbeach in Queensland, Australia.
ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the award to de Smit during the Awards Ceremony, which honors the "best of best" within the company's system.
The Best Client Retention award considers the overall length of time an average client stays with a particular coach.
In de Smit's case, he is able to retain clients for an average of 33 months.
