Hammacher Schlemmer Introduces The Frozen Fruit Soft Serve Processor
NEW YORK, July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing its 163-year history of offering the Best, the Only and the Unexpected, Hammacher Schlemmer introduces The Frozen Fruit Soft Serve Processor, a device that instantly turns frozen fruit and other flavorings into a soft-serve treat.
The device combines frozen bananas and any additional fruit or chocolate and instantly churns the ingredients to produce a treat with the texture of frozen yogurt or soft-serve ice cream, but without the additional fat, sugar, or preservatives.
"The Frozen Fruit Soft Serve Processor makes frozen treats with one pull of its lever, eliminating the need to wait twenty or thirty minutes for traditional ice cream or sorbet to finish churning," explained Hammacher Schlemmer's General Manager, Fred Berns.
The Frozen Fruit Soft Serve Processor's chute easily accepts berries, sliced soft fruit like mango, or chocolate chips, and its integrated, spinning conical blades mashes the flavorings and incorporates them into the bananas, producing a silky-smooth frozen confection.
The device comes with a storage container and four popsicle molds, and the chute, plunger, and blade are dishwasher safe.
The Frozen Fruit Soft Serve Processor is available from Hammacher Schlemmer for $69.95. For more information about this product, please visit www.hammacher.com/81612 or contact Trish Hammond at (847) 581-8987 or via e-mail at [email protected] .
