Hamilton Sundstrand Customer Service Awarded Bombardier In-Service STAR Award
FARNBOROUGH, England, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hamilton Sundstrand's Customer Service organization has been recognized with a Bombardier 2010 In-Service Supplier Top Achievement Recognition (STAR) Award for its in-service support of the Q400* aircraft program over the past year.
Hamilton Sundstrand was one of four companies who received In-Service STAR Awards at Bombardier's recent Q-Series* Operators' Conference and Trade Show for excellence in supporting Bombardier customers based on its overall performance in 2009, as measured by Bombardier's In-Service Supplier Scorecard.
Hamilton Sundstrand Customer Service was recognized for its Q400 aircraft product and airline support, as well as customer focus, over the past year.
