Guyana Frontier to Defend Claim by Capital Street Group Investment Services
VANCOUVER, Jan. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier") announces that, on January 6, 2012, it learned from a Stockwatch story that Capital Street Group Investment Services ("Capital Street"), a North Vancouver-based consulting company, had commenced an action seeking damages from it for an alleged breach of contract. Guyana Frontier immediately requested a copy of the Notice of Civil Claim (the "Claim") from Capital Street's counsel. Having received a copy of the Claim on January 11, 2012, and having reviewed same, Guyana Frontier intends to file a Response to Civil Claim and vigorously defend the action.
