Mr. Bolinaga has had more than 15 years of experience in the legal field.  Currently, he is the Director of Legal and Regulatory for Empresas Polar, a manufacturing company which produces food and beverage products such as beer, soft drinks, juices, corn flours, rice, pastas, margarines, corn oil, cheese spreads, jellies, tuna fish and frozen sea food.  Mr. Bolinaga is responsible for corporate legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, fiscal planning, distribution and litigation matters.  He received an L.LM., from Duke University Law School.  He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce.
