Guggenheim Securities Hires Matt Bissonette for Structured Products Team
NEW YORK, June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, today announced the hiring of Matt Bissonette as a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Division. Mr. Bissonette, who begins work in August and will be based in New York, will work on structured products transactions with a focus on Esoteric Asset-Backed Securities (ABS).

Mr. Bissonette joins Guggenheim Securities from Deutsche Bank, where as co-head of the Special Situations sector within Structured Credit, he focused on Esoteric ABS and related financing products. He has structured and led securitizations for many inaugural issuers and asset types, including wireless cell towers, ground leases, rooftop leases, broadcast towers, distributed antenna systems (DAS) and non-US assets. In addition to telecom infrastructure, his experience includes leading innovative structured products transactions across a wide range of esoteric asset types, such as net lease real estate and aircraft, among others.
Mr. Bissonette holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
