(Pink Sheets: GESM) is pleased to announce that the Company has filed for a name and symbol change with FINRA to better reflect the Company's business model and strategy. The current management team will remain on board as the Company continues to seek out and evaluate acquisition candidates in the $160-billion "cloud computing" market (according to Merrill Lynch).
