GTO Access Systems Names Douglas Waldal as President

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GTO Access Systems LLC, a Nortek, Inc. company (Nasdaq: NTK) and a leader in the automatic gate and garage door operator industry, today announced the appointment of Douglas Waldal as President.

Waldal joins GTO with more than 20 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales and general management for both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies. Prior to GTO, he was at Belden, Inc. where he served six years as vice president and general manager with full P&L responsibility for a major global broadcast and AV solutions business platform. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated experience as an active manager with a variety of successful business units.
