GTEC Awarded Basic Ordering Agreement on FBI $30 Billion Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S) ID/IQ
MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Defense Technology & Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTEC), a provider of mission-critical, technology-based systems, solutions and services for national security agencies and programs of the U.S. government, announced that in October, the company was awarded one of the Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) to provide supplies and support services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as well as other Department of Justice (DOJ) components. The FBI's Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) multiple award BOA has an eight year period of performance and is valued at $30 billion.
