GTCR Promotes Benjamin J. Daverman and Lawrence C. Fey IV to Managing Director and Stephen J. Jeschke to Principal

CHICAGO, Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- GTCR, a leading private equity firm, announced today the promotions of Benjamin J. Daverman and Lawrence C. Fey IV to Managing Director, and Stephen J. Jeschke to Principal.

Mr. Daverman joined GTCR in 2008 and became a Principal in 2014. He has played an instrumental role in many successful investments, including, Sterigenics, Cord Blood Registry, Crealta Pharmaceuticals, Actient Pharmaceuticals, and Devicor Medical Products, and is currently on the Boards of Cole-Parmer, Maravai LifeSciences, TerSera and XIFIN. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in biotechnology from the School of Applied Sciences & Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in history, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.

Mr. Fey joined GTCR in 2005 and became a Principal in 2012. He has played an instrumental role in many successful investments, including Zayo Group, Six3 Systems, and Landmark Aviation, and is currently on the Boards of CAMP Systems, Cision, Onvoy and Park Place Technologies. He holds a BA in economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Jeschke joined GTCR as a Vice President in 2011. He has been instrumental in several important investments including Avention, Lytx and Rural Broadband Investments and currently serves on their Boards. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS with honors in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
