GSA STARS II Contractor Synergetics, Inc. Appraised at CMMI-SVC Level 3

FORT COLLINS, Colo., March 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Synergetics, Inc., a GSA STARS II Industry Partner IT services provider, announced that it has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The CMMI-SVC framework provides guidance for leveraging CMMI best practices in a service provider organization.

Appraisal at CMMI Maturity Level 3 means Synergetics performs at a "Defined" level, with well-characterized and understood processes, which are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods, established and improved over time. The appraisal was performed by Multi-Dimensional Maturity. Synergetics has previously proven its commitment to industry best practices and continual improvement by developing and maintaining an ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System.
