Growth Spurs OnCourse Learning to Relocate Waukesha, Wis. Headquarters to Brookfield, Wis. in 2016

WAUKESHA, Wis., Nov. 6, 2015  /PRNewswire/ -- In anticipation of future growth, OnCourse Learning, a leading provider of workforce solutions and professional training for the financial services, healthcare and real estate industries, plans to relocate its Waukesha, Wis.-based headquarters to Brookfield, Wis.

The company expects to take occupancy of the approximately 20,000-square-foot space by Feb. 1, 2016. The office will comprise the entire fourth floor of the Crossroads Corporate Center XII at 20225 Watertower Blvd. in Brookfield.

"Our decision to relocate to a space more than triple the size of our current location demonstrates confidence in our continued success and clear vision for our future," said OnCourse Learning President and CEO Patrick Sheahan. "This relocation exemplifies the strong feeling of prosperity and community throughout our company."

The company employs more than 300 individuals in its eight offices throughout the country. The 6,500-square-foot Waukesha headquarters employs 45 individuals.

"We anticipate significantly increasing our team in Wisconsin and have plans to hire as many as 30 new positions by the end of 2017," Sheahan said. "We wanted to expand our workspace to meet that future growth and also to create an open and collaborative environment consistent with our OnCourse Learning core values and culture."

The deal was brokered by Cresa Milwaukee, a tenant representation firm, with local offices in Madison, Wis. The redesign of the workspace will be handled by Paul Scherer of Think Drawer, Milwaukee, and the construction by VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, Wis., according to Cresa Principal Michael Levine, attorney.
