CLEVELAND, March 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Self Storage, LLC, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, is proud to announce the purchase of a self storage property located at 1300 Belmont Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. The new storage center represents over 100,000 net rentable square feet and will be operated by Compass Self Storage, LLC (www.compassselfstorage.com). The facility offers a drive through climate controlled building, outdoor storage, truck rental, and a full line of moving supplies.
This acquisition represents the fourth self-storage acquisition that the company has completed since January of this year. The company completed fourteen self storage property acquisitions in 2012 and plans to continue to grow with the acquisition of quality storage properties in select markets.
