Group 1200 Media Names Mitchel Berger as new VP of Sales and Distribution and Kelli Crain as VP of Marketing
Former NBCUniversal executives join Group 1200 Media Team
FLOWER MOUND, Texas, Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1200 Media, the parent holding company of FUNimation Entertainment, Giant Ape Media, and Group 1200 Products, announced today the appointment of Mitchel Berger as Vice President of Sales and Distribution and Kelli Crain as Vice President of Marketing.
Mitchel is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years' experience in the home entertainment industry. Prior to joining Group 1200 Media, Mitchel spent 21 years with Universal Studios Home Entertainment where he started as an unpaid intern in college. During his time at Universal he handled a wide range of retail, rental, and distribution accounts, including 3 years in Bentonville as the Vice President of Sales and Walmart team lead. For the last 2 years at Universal, he served as the Sr. Vice President of Sales, Category Management, and Customer Marketing for North America. In that capacity, he and his team were responsible for delivering industry leading sales and consumer programs on such titles as "Fast Five" and "Despicable Me 2."

She spent nine years at Universal Studios Home Entertainment, a unit of Universal Pictures, managing the Blu-ray and DVD marketing campaigns of many major theatrical and direct-to DVD releases. Prior to Universal she spent six years in brand strategy consulting and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
