Grizzaffi Darby Joins Forces With Lockton Dunning Benefits

DALLAS, Jan. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Grizzaffi Darby, LLC and Lockton Dunning Benefits, two of the most innovative employee benefit consulting practices in North Texas, today announced that Grizzaffi Darby has been acquired by Lockton Dunning Benefits.

The newly combined organization will focus on providing health and welfare benefits consulting expertise and productivity and wellness consulting services to clients through a high-touch service model. Grizzaffi Darby will take the Lockton Dunning Benefits name and will continue serving clients from their current office at 319 West Oak Street in Denton, TX.

The transaction was completed January 4, 2011. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The combined operation employs 150 Associates.
