ATLANTA, Nov. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The new broadcast television network Grit will celebrate Veterans Day 2014 with an all-day movie marathon on Tuesday, Nov. 11 beginning at 7:00 a.m.

The eight memorable movies to be showcased include John Wayne's Academy Award®-winning performance in The Sands of Iwo Jima, the multiple Oscar®-winning The Killing Fields, Clint Eastwood leading the charge in Kelly's Heroes, the moving Vietnam veterans story In Country starring Bruce Willis and Lee Marvin in The Big Red One.
