Greyhound Brings Premium Greyhound Express Service to the Southeast and Announces Expansion With 24 New Routes and Six New Markets
Greyhound Express Now Serves 27 Markets in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast with Guaranteed Seats, Free Wi-Fi and $1 Fares
DALLAS, Aug. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Riding on its success and momentum in the Midwest and Northeast, Greyhound today announced it is expanding its premium Greyhound Express service to the Southeast, establishing Richmond, Va. as a hub, connecting the Northeast and Southeast markets. In addition, Greyhound Express is adding more routes in the Midwest and Northeast. The expansion introduces 24 new routes and six new markets. Tickets for all new routes go on sale on Aug. 25 with service launching Sept. 7.
Customers will experience the faster premium service of Greyhound Express between key markets such as New York and Atlanta, Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, N.C. and Philadelphia and Richmond, Va. Greyhound Express provides customers with non-stop or one-stop service on new buses with reserved seating, free Wi-Fi access, power outlets and extra legroom. Customers can relax in private waiting areas with a guest services specialist dedicated to providing an extra level of customer service. Ticket prices start at $1 and are now available for purchase at www.mygreyhoundexpress.com.
