Cyber Expert Expands Lobbying Practice

WASHINGTON, July 22, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- McBee Strategic, LLC today announced that Greg Garcia, the nation's first assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications at the United States Department of Homeland Security, has joined the firm as Executive Vice President. With a deep and varied portfolio in cyber security policy for high technology, financial services, the executive branch and Congress, Garcia will lead the firm's growing cybersecurity policy advocacy, communications and coalition management practice.

Garcia was most recently Executive Director for the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC), where he managed a coalition effort to strengthen the resiliency of the financial services sector against threats and attacks to its critical infrastructure. Previously, Garcia served as Bank of America's first cybersecurity partnership executive.
