She won for the category of health and human services organization (fewer than 500 Michigan employees.)

Danielle, a resident of Beverly Hills, joined GreenPath in 2013, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and education, and organizational development. She is also responsible for workforce management and planning. Danielle started on the talent acquisition side of HR, with more than 15 years of HR experience with non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations.
Danielle earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and English from Albion College, and a MBA from Walsh College. She earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008, which she maintains through continuing education and community outreach. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) at the national level, and also leads the College Relations Committee for the local Detroit chapter.
