Greenberg Traurig M&A Practice Jumps in California League Table Rankings

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP ranks among the top mergers and acquisitions advisors in a number of categories and jurisdictions according to league table reports published by mergermarket. In California deals, the practice group made a dramatic advance.

Greenberg Traurig's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice ranked among the top 10 legal advisors with respect to California M&A deals, providing counsel on 20 deals with a value of approximately $30.2 billion, up from 17 deals valued at approximately $7.7 billion in 2010, according to the mergermarket California M&A Round-up for Full Year 2011.
