Greenberg Traurig Expands Corporate & Securities Practice in Boston; Ronan P. O'Brien Joins
BOSTON, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Ronan P. O'Brien has joined its Boston office as a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. O'Brien will focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions while serving as outside general counsel to several clients.

O'Brien's M&A practice includes the representation of strategic and private equity clients across many industries including professional services, digital media, manufacturing, consumer food products, software as a service (SAAS) and cloud computing. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, O'Brien will serve as outside general counsel for a diverse array of leading companies. O'Brien also advises enterprises on capital formation, strategic alliances, joint ventures and outsourcing transactions. His clients range from emerging businesses and entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.
