Greenberg Traurig Continues to Strengthen Corporate Practice with Addition of Matthew Frankle from Bank of America
NEW YORK, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to grow its Corporate Practice with the strategic addition of Matthew Frankle as a shareholder in New York. He joins Greenberg Traurig as the firm continues to enhance its Corporate Practice with target lateral hiring, specifically in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and investment management.
Frankle's practice will focus on secured lending transactions with an emphasis on loans secured by equity collateral with varying levels of liquidity. He also has experience representing major financial institutions in securities law and equity derivative matters.

Frankle received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Benjamin N. He has a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
