Greenberg Traurig Advises enviaM On Its Sale of a Controlling Interest in EC Bedzin
WARSAW, Poland, Dec. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A team of attorneys in the Warsaw office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG on its indirect sale of a controlling interest in EC "Bedzin" S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Warsaw managing partner Jaroslaw Grzesiak, partner Rafal Sienski, local partner Michal Bien and associate Mateusz Slizewski.
enviaM indirectly sold a controlling interest in EC "Bedzin" S.A., which is engaged in the generation of heat and electricity. The combined heat and power plant is the main source of heat for district heating, hot water and process heat in the Zaglebie Dabrowskie (Dabrowa Basin) area.
