Greeley and Hansen Receives Citation Award from the American Society for Training and Development

CHICAGO, May 26, 2011 – Greeley and Hansen, a leading national niche firm specializing in practical engineering, architectural, and management solutions for complex water, wastewater, and infrastructure challenges, was awarded an American Society for Training and Development Excellence (ASTD) in Practice Citation in the Career Development category for the creation of the Administrative Support Team (AST) training program, a virtual knowledge group comprising the firm's administrative staff members. The ASTD awards program recognizes exemplary practices in workplace learning and performance.

This comprehensive program includes one-on-one training with an in-house administrative expert; webinars on various topics such as effective organization, time management, and grammar usage; and opportunities for additional online self-study to further enhance skills and earn Greeley and Hansen certification.  A detailed toolkit and standardized templates and documents were also created to increase efficiency.
