Greeley and Hansen Names Theresa Grace as Chief Financial Officer
CHICAGO, Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Greeley and Hansen, a leading national environmental engineering and consulting firm specializing in water, wastewater, and related infrastructure, announced that Theresa Grace has joined the firm as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has more than 25 years of broad financial management and accounting experience.
Grace most recently served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Heidrick & Struggles International, a premier leadership advisory firm with annual revenues of $493 million and 1,500 employees worldwide. Prior to that, she was Chief Financial Officer of Gardner, Carton & Douglas, a private law firm with over 800 employees, where she managed all financial operations of the firm.

As CFO, Grace will have broad financial management responsibilities and will lead and direct all of the firm's financial activities, including day-to-day accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis, annual budgeting and planning, and treasury management.
