Greektown Casino-Hotel Hosts Golf Outing for Detroit Youth Charities
DETROIT, Aug. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Greektown Casino-Hotel today announced that it will host a charity golf outing to benefit local nonprofits that instill leadership skills in Detroit area youth. The event will tee off on Monday, August 29 at Shenandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield.
All proceeds will be distributed equally among three local youth charities: Think Detroit PAL, Boys Hope Girls Hope and the Coleman A. Young Foundation.

In addition to the golf, guests can participate in numerous contests, such as longest drive and closest to the pin. Two hole-in-one prizes, a Harley Davidson provided by Motor City Harley and a Rolex watch from HOUR Detroit, will also be up for grabs. The event will culminate with an awards dinner and live auction featuring an array of donated items.
