(NYSE:SEND), a leading digital communications platform, is honored to announce research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune have named SendGrid number two of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Technology. The Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Technology is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work–Certified™ organizations. More than 79,000 US employees provided input to this year's Best Workplaces in Technology list, and rankings were driven by an organization's fairness, leadership, teamwork, and other elements essential to a work culture.
In January 2017, SendGrid was recognized as a Great Place to Work. Since then, it has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area in April 2017, one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials in June 2017, one of the Best Workplaces in Southern California in October 2017 and one of the Best Medium Workplaces in October 2017. Methodology:
Great Place to Work in Technology analyzed each company's performance on over 50 survey questions anonymously rated by their staff. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified™ standard and their survey results needed at least a 95 percent confidence level, and a 5 percent margin of error or lower.
