Gravity4 announces its 7th acquisition, Triggit; Adding Dynamic Remarketing and Programmatic Native into its Marketing Platform
SAN FRANCISCO, March 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gravity4, the world's first High-Frequency Marketing OS, announced the acquisition of Triggit, Inc. Triggit is one of the market leaders in dynamic retargeting and is one of the few companies with a dedicated seat on the Facebook Ad Exchange (FBX). Triggit will be seamlessly integrated within Gravity4's existing DSP & DMP Stacks. This marks Gravity4's seventh acquisition since it launched in July 2014.
Triggit, a 10-year-old venture-backed company, became a pioneer in the dynamic ad retargeting space. The Company is based in San Francisco and has a presence in Brazil. As part of the acquisition, Gravity4 will be welcoming Triggit into its offices in San Francisco and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Triggit has created a highly intuitive-rich UI/UX agency-workflow management interface and self-serve social retargeting platform for agencies. A few of its most prominent features include dynamic product ad creation, retargeting, a cross-device audience suite, mobile-conversion tracking, and a simple, yet automated self-service platform.
