New Afterhours Service Added for TRAMS Clients
SAN DIEGO, July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Grasp Technologies today reported year-over-year Q2 revenue growth of more than 40%. The travel technology and data company continues to grow at an exponential pace with record client and revenue growth numbers.

Grasp has also announced a new service for TRAMS Back Office Clients, Grasp-TRAMS Afterhours Support. This is a service to provide support to TRAMS users in the hours and weekends that TRAMS offices are closed. The service includes a variety of options from providing basic support, to backups for a client's TRAMS and Clientbase databases. There is even the ability to have the Grasp Afterhours Support Team monitor windows system logs and provide preventative maintenance.
