Grand Luxxe at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta Receives AAA's Five Diamond Rating
Just 0.3 percent of nearly 59,000 AAA approved hotels and restaurants receive the travel authority's highest rating
NUEVO VALLARTA, Mexico, Feb. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Grand Luxxe at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, Vidanta's premier resort hotel, has earned the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation for 2017. The resort has maintained this prestigious rating consecutively since 2014.
One of only 17 hotels in Mexico to achieve this recognition, Grande Luxxe at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is part of a select group representing the upper echelon of the hospitality industry in North America. Just 120 hotels and 63 restaurants made the AAA Five Diamond lists for 2017.
According to AAA, hotels at this level employ experienced, highly qualified staff to provide the custom service luxury hotel guests expect and deliver unmatched guest comfort with luxurious accommodations, extraordinary facilities and many personalized amenities.
"We are honored to receive the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award designation," said Iván Chávez, Executive Vice President of Grupo Vidanta. "This rating reflects the commitment of our staff and management to provide every guest with exceptional hospitality. Vidanta is proud of the hard work and dedication our staff has demonstrated to earn this Five Diamond rating."
"A big part of becoming a Five Diamond establishment is consistently exceeding expectations of the most discriminating traveler—the AAA inspector. Five Diamond hotels and restaurants deliver a highly personalized, memorable experience, and we are pleased to recognize Grand Luxxe Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta with the Five Diamond Rating," said Michael Petrone, director, AAA Inspections and Diamond Ratings.
Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre Mountains, Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is a tropical beach paradise. Miles of wooden pathways connect five resort hotels to an endless array of amenities, including the Nicklaus Design and Norman Signature Golf Courses; luxury spas, salons, and fitness centers; high-end boutique shopping; nightly entertainment; over 20 world-class restaurants; stunning pools and activities for the whole family.
Set along the eastern edge of the resort where the Ameca River meets the Bay of Banderas are the Grand Luxxe towers. In December, Vidanta debuted the fifth in the collection, Grand Luxxe Tower Five, which featured two new luxury units: the One Bedroom Residence Loft and the One Bedroom Loft. Ideal for families, both experiences feature open-concept living and dining spaces, private terraces and personal plunge pools.
